On behalf of myself and Michelle, thank you so much for welcoming us back to India. On a more personal level, India represents an intersection of two men who have always inspired me. It is common knowledge that women more commonly use cosmetics than men do. And when young women are educated, then their children are going to be well educated and have more opportunity. It's your generation and your children that are going to be impacted. We danced with some children. I recognized India with the first state visit of my presidency -- where we also danced to some pretty good Bhangra. If you are intent on fighting aging with all your might, the first step is to reconsider your current lifestyle and its effects. As you grow up, certain things come to be part of your routine lifestyle. Making wise lifestyle choices will ensure that you stay healthy and live longer. On the other hand some kids yoga does a great job of meeting children where they are at, but they stay there playing games all the time, they never go the next step of lifting up.



We’re called Young Yoga Masters with the tag line of REAL YOGA - REAL FUN - TEACHER TRAINING because I want to share the ways to have fun with kids but also to uplift them, with tools for self-mastery, like the forklift. A healthy body, a calm mind and an everlasting smile are the real beauty products that will boost your confidence and enhance your personality. While some of these may be good for your body, there is a fair amount of chance that many of them may actually be doing more harm than good. Then establish a good motivation. But looking good doesn’t necessarily have to come at such an exorbitant price tag and with so many unwanted ill effects. Modern-day cosmetics are full of chemicals and compounds that have been known to cause headaches, allergies, skin reaction, hair fall, ageing and even cancer. Dark circles, premature skin aging, sagging of skin, and others are but an example of stress taking its toll on the body. If we don't really know where we are standing - a knowing that directly comes from the cultivation of mindfulness - we may only go in circles, for our efforts and expectations.
