While browsing Facebook Marketplace, I found a house for sale in a subdivision in Quezon City, so I decided to go and see it on Sunday.
On Sunday, it had been raining on and off since morning.
After lunch, I called a GRUB taxi and went from the condominium to Quezon City.
I arranged to meet the real estate broker at a place relatively close to the gate of the Quezon City subdivision.
The young GRUB taxi driver said he would wait for me if I wanted to ride back, so I asked him to wait in front of the house at my destination.
The exterior was quite nice.
The husband of the owner of the house seems to be Japanese, but the woman is about 60 years old and had heart bypass surgery in Japan. A relative living nearby manages the house.

The house has five bedrooms, but the rooms are small except for the main bedroom, and I felt that it was about 20 years old rather than about 6 years old. The taste of the rooms was not very good, so my first impression was bad.
I immediately got into the GRUB taxi that was waiting for me and went to the SM San Lazaro shopping mall.

The driver of this GRUB taxi was very nice, so I asked for his contact information. I can call him next time I go to inspect the mall.
I went into the Prestige Lounge at SM San Lazaro, had a cappuccino (free) and used the restroom.
The restrooms at the Prestige Lounge are clean and nice❗️
I left the SM San Lazaro shopping mall and went to the Winford Hotel & Casino across the street to make a reservation and pay for the live show of singer Aisa Shigera on August 19th. I like Aisa Shigera's songs, so I'm glad I was able to get tickets.

In the casino lounge, a bingo game was in full swing. The atmosphere in a casino is better than a pachinko parlor in Japan.
I felt like playing bingo.
It was a Sunday at the end of the month, and it was crowded because the prize money was piling up.
I went back into the SM San Lazaro shopping mall, bought some pizza at Greenwich, and returned to the condominium.
The best thing I got out of today was getting tickets to Aiza Shigera's live concert❗️
