Sitting on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home appears to be a whopping three stories and has plenty of windows to allow natural sunlight to stream through and, most importantly, offer great views of the sea.

The mansion is currently bordered in scaffolding amid its construction, and the roof is also unfinished.

Large, green trees placed on a far corner of the backyard give a bit of privacy, as well as shade during the hot, California days.

A built-in rectangular-shaped swimming pool could be seen in the middle of the backyard, perfect for entertainment and for cooling down in the summer weather.

On the right side of the property, is a smaller two-story structure, which is also surrounded by scaffolding.

The cottage-styled home could easily act as a quaint guest house. The roof is already completed, with a few solar panels placed on the top.

The ground surrounding the mansion is currently dry dirt, but will most likely be landscaped with green grass and plants.

Originally purchased in 2017 for around $8 million, the Hermosa Beach home contained four bedrooms and also two bathrooms.

However, with the latest construction on the stunning property, more space appears to be added on, offering plenty of room for his family.
