It also comes with an best automatic vacuum cleaner mop lifting system, which lifts the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile hardwood, carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can set it and forget it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop- and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a very robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being the fact that it's expensive. The number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can justify the price we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line mop and robot vacuum. The price is justified by the powerful features, which include a massive vacuuming capability and two mop heads that rotate. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it performed well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops also performed well and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as a strong dose cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, refills the water tank for mopping and even dries mop pads. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid mop I tried. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned as well as the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads sold separately will also require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're looking to save money, I recommend a more basic model that will allow you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even the L10S Ultra is the best rated robot vacuum mop and robotic vacuum you can purchase however, its price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your floors while cleaning up wet mess, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It is also equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a mop with a roller that cleans by itself and makes it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot and is continuously dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. While it spins the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and is poured into a larger storage canister. The tank onboard holds plenty of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This can be done in the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. If you decide to select this option you'll need to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to use their own choice of cleaners.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map a space and moved around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles a few times during my tests. However it could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has a lot of functionality at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner, but it still has some impressive features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite extensive, and provides many options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can pick specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer during our tests, just as all Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is robust it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic way. Its 'Normal' pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too although it's not as advanced as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it might not be able to detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

The machine has a major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's an easy solution: the app has an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and traces that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and helps this robot vacuum that vacuums and mops get rid of a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
