The only issue I encountered with this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't movable. You can replace the mopping cloth if required, but it's a challenge to take the mount off for manual washing. I've observed that any carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on the mounts, which can cause scratches.

The S8 Pro Ultra has a number of smart capabilities, including support for Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Siri. The Roborock app lets you manage and set up these features. It also includes maps and advanced mopping options. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings and monitor the battery life and maintain your components. However, you'll need to jump through a few hoops in order to allow voice control with this model which is unfortunate considering the performance of this model.
